A checklist of what you may need on a walk
Essential:
- A good pair of walking shoes (not gym shoes)
- A second pair of shoes, to put on when you get back to your car
- A cap, for protection from the sun
- Your sunglasses
- A shower proof jacket
- Drinking water
Optional:
- Suntan lotion
- Paper tissues
- Pocket knife
- Your camera
- Stick for insect bites
- Something to eat
